Shipping & Returns

Every item is produced for you after you order. These are the terms that follow from that.

Delivery

• Destinations: US addresses only, for now.
• Price: $5 per order. Orders of $75 or more ship free.
• Timing: allow 3 to 7 business days for production, then transit time. Embroidery and the December rush may add a little.
• Tracking: we e-mail a tracking link at dispatch. A single order may arrive in more than one parcel.

Problems with an order

Because each piece is made individually, we do not accept returns for size or change of mind. The size details on each product page are worth a look before you buy.

Damage, a misprint or the wrong item is our problem to fix. E-mail sales@one-stop.com within 30 days, with your order number and a picture. You choose a free replacement or a refund.

Changing your mind quickly

Production starts soon after checkout. If you need a change or a cancellation, contact us at once and we will try to catch it.

Tax

Ohio sales tax is added to orders delivered to Ohio.
