Data we receive

• When you buy: name, delivery and billing address, e-mail, optional phone number, and your order details.
• When you write to us: the contents of your contact form message.
• When you browse: page views, rough location and device type, counted by Matomo analytics that we host ourselves. None of it goes to ad networks.
• Cookies: carts and checkout rely on them, and Stripe may place cookies to help stop fraud.

Why we need it

To fill orders, reply to you, stop fraud, meet tax record-keeping duties and work out what to improve. We never sell personal information.

Who else sees it

• Stripe takes your payment. Full card numbers never reach us.
• Printful, which makes and ships our goods, receives your name and delivery address.
• Delivery carriers receive what they need to deliver.
• Government authorities, if a valid legal request requires it.

Retention

Order records stay for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Contact messages are removed once they have served their purpose.
