Are the puzzles really free to read?
Yes. Every puzzle in the Notebook comes with its full worked answer, and nothing is behind a sign-up.
I think one of your answers is wrong. Now what?
Excellent. Send us your reasoning through the contact form. If you are right we will fix the post and thank you for it.
When will my order get here?
We make each item after you order it. Allow 3 to 7 business days for production plus a few days in the mail. A tracking link is e-mailed when the parcel leaves.
How much is shipping?
That depends on your address and what you order. Checkout shows the exact rate before you pay.
Can you ship overseas?
Not at the moment. For now the shop serves United States addresses only.
What if I picked the wrong size?
Since items are made individually, we cannot exchange for size or a change of heart. Damaged, misprinted or incorrect items are a different matter: tell us within 30 days and we will replace or refund them.
Which payment methods work?
Stripe runs our checkout, so major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
